MUMTAZ ممتاز is the first homestyle Arabian and Persian-inspired food kiosk in Lipa City offering al fresco dining, take out, and delivery in Calabarzon and Metro Manila areas. It started serving Arabian style Shawarma and rice dishes in 2016 as a streetfood stall and was initially known as G-Shawarma.

It was formally registered as a formal business carrying the name MUMTAZ ممتاز in 2019.

The main branch is located at Alegre Building, P. Torres Street in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines. Another branch in Marikina City is also on its way to serve the Greater Metro Manila.
